2141 - Human Tissue Sample Tracking Software

Tender description

The Centre for Process Innovation Limited recently expanded to include a National Centre for Healthcare Photonics, which includes a suite of laboratories. The laboratory-based work in the National Centre for Healthcare Photonics will also include testing using Human Tissue and tracking software solutions will be required. The storage and use of human tissue within the laboratory requires a method of tissue tracking to be in place, and it is intended that a software solution is found to cover this requirement. This testing capability using Human Tissue will underpin the National Centre for Healthcare Photonics' business activity in progressing from the initial concept of a process, or piece of equipment, through developing a concept demonstrator, to putting together a complete manufacturing design.
