Southern health NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint a single provider to develop and deliver a Parent Portal for 0-19 Children and Family Services. Lot 1: Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a partner to supply a secure, interactive Parental Portal linked to the personal child health record within our electronic patient record (EPR) system RiO. In order for a supplier to be able to deliver this contract they must be a preferred partner of Serverlec Rio. The portal will offer: • Parental access to the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) information, the ability to record their child's growth and weight data An appointment booking system, enabling parents to book appointments with a clinician at a time convenient to them. • Functionality enabling teams to send targeted 'push' messages to specific service users • Online Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQs) with the data stored in each child's health record.
