Street Lighting Maintenance and Improvement works contract

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Borough of Sutton (jointly the Client) operate a shared service for street lighting. They seek to establish a collaborative relationship with a Contractor who will add real value to the delivery of street lighting maintenance and improvement services, through the OJEU Open Tendering procedure. The intention is to establish and foster a co-operative working relationship between the Client’s staff and the successful tenderer, to deliver effective, efficient and continually improving service to the residents of both Boroughs. Lot 1: The contract for these services will be commissioned using the open procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The term of the contract is 10 years from the 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2031.
