Stratford Youth Zone - Early Market Engagement

Tender description

In 2020, The Mayor of Newham announced that the Stratford Circus building would be the London Borough of Newham's (the Council) 5th Youth Zone and will deliver its social and emotional learning youth offer via the vehicle of Creative and Performing Arts. This is a key element in the expansion of the Council's Youth Empowerment Service (YES), which is sector leading and demonstrates the priority the Council places on its young residents. The Council is seeking a cultural operator to partner with, to collaborate on programming and operational management of the Stratford Youth Zone building (formerly the Stratford Circus building). We are conducting this early market engagement process in order to establish the level of market interest in the opportunity and gain key feedback, which will help us finalise our contract and tender documents. We have set out a list of key questions, which we would appreciate market feedback on. Please submit responses to these questions via the Fusion portal by midday on Friday 27th August.
