The project is Centre Pavilion of the Conservatory (Phase 2) and the Observatory The location is Alexandra Park, Kings Road, Oldham. Work to the Centre Pavilion comprises repairs and renewals to the timbers and glass together with leadwork, rainwater goods and decoration. Note: all plants will be removed by the Client prior to the commencement of work. Work to the Observatory comprises repairs and renewals to the external walls and roofs together with leadwork, rainwater goods and decoration. Note: the scaffolding and corrugated iron hoarding already in place is owned by the Client and can be utilised for the works.
