Physical Records Management Software Solution to manage the Council’s Paper-based Records

<p>To achieve a web based physical records management system which integrates successfully with all required software systems (e.g. EDRMS; O365), enables us to manage paper records in a way that meets data protection requirements and provides the tools required to demonstrate accountability, particularly through detailed audit trails and reporting functionality.</p> <p>To provide a system that can both meet our current business needs and technical set up and facilitates the Council&rsquo;s vision for records management in the future, i.e. a system that can stand alone in the short-term but can integrate with potential future systems or tools (e.g. EDRMS; O365).</p> <p>To provide a comprehensive and intuitive system that allows users (including front-line services), to easily access their information and carry out their functions effectively (e.g. searching; saving inputted data).</p> <p>Have a solution and a supplier who will work with the Council to deliver the full benefits of the solution.</p> <p>The duration of the contract requires the Council to have confidence that the Supplier will continue to invest in and develop its solution and that such changes will continue to be available to the Council as part of its on-going annual support and maintenance charge.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Keywords: Physical records database, Paper records, Records Management, Information management, Physical record management system, Web based records management system
