Tender description
<p>Staffordshire Moorlands District Council are seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary team of consultants to include housing and commercial property market advisors and surveyors to advise the Council on a suggested approach to facilitating the re-use of six empty or underused mill buildings in Leek (appendix 1).</p> <p>This approach should be focused on:</p> <p>• What the market is likely to deliver without intervention</p> <p>• Current private sector owners’ investment aspirations</p> <p>• Potential end-use demand</p> <p>• Baseline financial assessment for re-use,</p> <p>• Barriers to redevelopment.</p> Keywords: Property Demand , Mill re design , Mill Development
