Tender description

The Client is seeking a Supplier to provide them with access to an electronic database. The database will hold the full text of UK legislation, especially Welsh legislation, and also include legal commentary and analysis. The database must be updated within 24 hours of any changes being made to legislation. A current awareness service is also required as part of the contract which will provide emailed updates specific to individuals’ needs. There is a need for this information to be viewed or downloaded immediately, usually from the Suppliers’ website. The contract does not require the Supplier to undertake any database development work. The contract duration will be for a five year period.
