Cell Therapy Catapult seek to engage a single Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the delivery of a suite of SLA-governed and IT Managed Services (to ITIL standard) from modern data centre facilities (to TIA-942 Tier3, or equivalent) with use of hosting and diverse networks and communications systems. The MSP shall be responsive. MSP will be responsible for delivery of operation of the IT infrastructure and related projects to support all the end users, currently circa 450 end-users. This MSP will be responsible for: storage administration, backup management, standard operations, server/client/patch management, WAN and LAN operations, site support services, monitoring, services, reporting, services, security administration, security services for 24/7 and 365 days per year for four years, project management of the on-boarding and exit process. Selection Questionnaire has information of the current MSP services and criteria for MSP selection. The ITT with further details will be released. Lot 1: The Managed Services Provider (MSP) and other services (with some supplies) agreement will be an agreement provided to a lead MSP. There may be other-sub service providers/suppliers in the arrangement. The Managed Services Provider (MSP) and other services (with some supplies) agreement shall have a requirement for MSP service provision within the following geographical locations: (a) East of England and the Southeast, (b) Southwest of England, (c) The Midlands, (d) Scotland. These locations represent the main areas of current CGT Catapult operations. However the MSP and the hosting and server and network hubs may be in other locations primarily in the United Kingdom.
