LAND & PROPERTY VALUATION SERVICES

Tender description

Radius Housing, Radius Homes Ltd, Tealstone Developments Ltd, Habinteg (NI) and Triangle Housing Association wish to procure up to two (2) suppliers of services relating to the valuation of land and property which they may own or may purchase. Pursuant to this Competition, the Contracting Authorities intend to appoint the successful Tenderer(s) to a Contract for a maximum period of one (1) year plus 2 optional extensions subject to satisfactory performance of one (1) year each (1+1+1). Each Contracting Authority will enter into separate and independent contracts. The Appointment of a Land and Property tender will be comprised of two different Contract Lots according to location. The Contract Lots are as follows: LOT 1. Valuation with County’s Antrim, Down and Armagh LOT 2. Valuation with County’s Derry, Fermanagh and Tyrone A Tenderer may apply for all or one Lot and may be awarded all or one Lot. Valuations should be based on the valuation and reporting requirements prepared in accordance with the current RICS Valuation Standards published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors on the basis of Market Value (MV).
