Leicester City Council is considering options to introduce a Kitchen Management system to improve the service our City Catering team provide to schools. We are interested in understanding the market, and whether vendors can supply a solution which would allow our City Catering service to provide a more professional service to our customers whilst streamlining back office processes. Before commencing a formal tender process, we are keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field. - The information provided will be used to help inform and shape the requirements in our specification.
