KCETB invites suppliers to tender for the supply of Art Class Materials to schools and centres under its remit. This is a multi-party framework agreement where contracts will be awarded through the application of a cascade or mini-tender competition. Please note that the same documents can be used for each lot, but each lot must be applied for separately. THE DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN UPLOADED AT LOT 1 It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee of expenditure under any of the lots. KCETB, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to go outside of the framework for the procurement of any requirement without reference to the framework members. Admission to a framework does not guarantee the award of any contract to any economic operator.
