IDA Advance Building Solution, Limerick - Resident Engineer

IDA proposes to appoint a suitably qualified Multi-Disciplinary Technical Resource Resident Engineer (RE) for the delivery of an Advanced Building Solution (ABS) at IDA Lands, Co. Limerick. The proposed works comprise the provision of a new ABS and all associated site works at IDA Raheen Business Park, Co. Limerick. The proposed building is located on a well serviced greenfield site approx. 1.24 Ha within the IDA Park. The ABS is a 3,748 sqm [gross area] two storey building consisting of offices and light industrial/ production spaces, designed to achieve LEED certification. The works also include a new vehicular/pedestrian entrance, signage, new timber post-and-rail boundaries, car parking, cycle shelters, landscaping, gas skid, underground storage tank, ESB substation, switch room, access road and all other associated site services.
