Tender description

EP UK Investments Limited ("EPUKI") on behalf of EP Kilroot Limited (together, the "Clients") invited tenders for the provision of new power generation equipment to be installed in Northern Ireland at its asset at Kilroot Power Station (the "Procurement"). Lot 1: EPUKI carried out a procurement process to procure: an equipment supply agreement for equipment to be delivered to site, generally comprising the prime mover, generators, intake filtration system, control system and close auxiliaries; an erection supervision and commissioning services agreement for the completed equipment supplied by the Economic Operator; and, a services agreement that covers parts and services during the equipment's operational lifespan which EPUKI reserved the discretion to award as part of the tender process.
