Go Neutral is a GMCA-led programme to decarbonise our city region and deliver social value, community wealth-building and inclusive growth. Its overarching priorities are growth, affordability, and impact. GM Go Neutral will identify, develop, and deliver a pipeline of smart energy opportunities via a range of investment and delivery models. Lot 1.
