Gentoo seeks to appoint up to Nine consultants to provide Employers Agent/Principal Designer, Architect and Engineer Services for various development sites. This Tender Opportunity is broken into three separate sections with 3 Lots per section, and the Projects they relate to, are as follows: Section 1: Employers Agent/Principal Designer Services (a) Lot 1: Aberdare Road (39 units) (b) Lot 2: Gartland Road (26 units) (c) Lot 3: Old Mill Road (64 units) Section 2: Architect Services (d) Lot 1: Aberdare Road (39 units) (e) Lot 2: Gartland Road (26 units) (f) Lot 3: Old Mill Road (64 units) Section 3: Engineer Services (g) Lot 1: Aberdare Road (39 units) (h) Lot 2: Gartland Road (26 units) (i) Lot 3: Old Mill Road (64 units) It is the intention of Gentoo to award no more than one section and up to Three lots to one Bidder. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
