Tender description
Proposed External Decoration Works to Multiple addresses across the London Borough of Hillingdon. Phase 1,2 and 3 - Multi Lot. Nature: The works comprise the external repair, maintenance and decoration works to include, but not limited to, walls, facies and gutters, fences, gates and railings Location: The sites are 269 No. properties spread across the Borough (Please see Pricing Schedules for list of property addresses). The Contractor is expected to provide his costs for the entire Works as listed in the relevant Pricing Schedule even if the work is to be performed by a specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer’s responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule.
