Primary Evaluation & Research Supplier for Festival UK* 2022 : A single supplier to oversee, project manage and undertake the overall research design for Festival UK* 2022, a major festival of creativity and innovation taking place across the UK in 2022. Framework of Specialist Research Suppliers: 2A: Qualitative Specialists 2B: Quantitative Specialists A framework of specialist primary research suppliers will enable Festival 2022 Ltd (and the successful Lot 1 supplier) and Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games (and the successful Lot 3 supplier) to access a range of specialised qualitative and quantitative skills when delivering the evaluation plans for Festival UK* 2022 and the Birmingham 2022 Cultural Programme. To note: There is no minimum, or any spend guarantee in respect of the Lot 2 Framework Agreement. Call-Off Work Orders will be awarded via either Direct Award or Mini-Competition.
