Development Manager - Consultant - Coastal Defences

<p>Wyre Council are looking to retain a consultant to provide development management support at senior level on an &lsquo;as and when&rsquo; basis to assist in the processing and determination of a major application for sea defence works including working in accordance with the Coastal Concordat. The contract will extend from the commencement of pre application discussions through to processing any post decision matters e.g. discharge of conditions (expected to be around June 2022), or other extended period as may be agreed between the supplier and the council.</p> Keywords: Sea Defences, Planning Consultant, Development Manager
