Tender description

The provision of Survive, Evade, Resist, Escape (SERE) training to Fast Jet Aircrew, under UK Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS), is a mandatory requirement for both qualified flying instructors and students. The RAF is looking for a solution to deliver SERE training to Basic and Advanced Students, including Qualified Flying Instructors operating from RAF Valley which is mandated in accordance with Military Aviation Authority (MAA) regulations. The requirement supports aircrew training for Hawk T2 and Texan aircraft with training delivered at the at RAF Valley. Please cross refer to SOR. It is unlikely that the successful bidder/contractor will be in a position to deliver full training requirements on IOC due to contractor training requirements that are delivered at Defence Survive Training Organisation at RAF St Mawgan.
