NCPST in School of Physical Sciences, Dublin City University is seeking to purchase: Electron beam sustained plasma source system The purpose of this equipment is to develop a nitrogen fixation process where an RF plasma is assisted by the electron beat at atmospheric pressures in various gas mixtures. The system should allow for integration of optical and electrical diagnostics techniques like optical emission spectrometry (OES), mass-spectrometry.
