Vital Human Resources Limited are a dedicated recruitment business and the largest supplier of labour to the UK rail industry. We are delighted to announce that Network Rail have awarded us with three lots on their CP6 Frontline Labour contract. These lots cover: • Eastern; East Midlands. • Eastern; North and East. • Wales and Western; Wales. • All routes; Electrification. • All routes; S&T. To support us in our delivery, we are looking to award labour providers, particularly SME's, to work in collaboration with Vital as a second-tier supplier for the provision of Frontline Labour, to support our commitments of deploying 100% of Network Rail's labour requirements in the awarded lots. Please note: this submission also requires the attached Subcontractor Questionnaire to be completed and submitted along with relevant documentation via email to vitalbids@morson.com by Friday 27th August 2021 at 17:00 hours. Approved suppliers are required to hold the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) Accreditation and audited code certificate for at least one of the following codes: • A.A.1.5 - Temporary Labour (Track) • A.A.1.6 - Temporary Labour (Civils) • A.A.1.7 - Temporary Labour (Building Works) • A.A.9.1 - Provision of Protection & Warning Staff (not including LOWS) • A.A.9.2 - Machine/Crane Controllers Please note: this submission also requires the attached Subcontractor Questionnaire to be completed and submitted along with relevant documentation via email to vitalbids@morson.com by Friday 27th August 2021 at 17:00 hours.
