CM2143 Distribution Monitoring Devices

Tender description

Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) are looking to set up a Framework Agreement for the supply of Distribution Monitoring Devices where bidders could be successful in lot 1 (Pressure & Flow Logger), Lot 2 (Transient Loggers), Lot 3 (PRV Controllers) or lots 1, 2 & 3 together if this represents the most economically advantageous tender. YWS expect to replace approximately 10,000 pressure and flow loggers, install 1000 additional Transient loggers, 400 (200 replacement of existing and install 200 new) PRV Controllers. This will be over a 3 year period. Any estimated quantities or values contained or referred to in this or other documentation are for guidance only and do not bind YWS to buy any specific quantities should the Bidder be successful and enter into an Agreement. The tender is split into the following lots:- Lot 1 - Pressure & Flow to cover the following:- • Pressure only • Pressure, Pressure • Pressure & Flow • Flow only • Logger device capable of accepting additional sensor (2/3) input data streams for transmission. Under lot 2 YWS are looking for the supply of and additional services in relation to Transient loggers Lot 3: PRV Controllers Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) are looking to set up a Framework Agreement for the supply of Distribution Monitoring Devices where bidders could be successful in lot 1 (Pressure & Flow Logger), Lot 2 (Transient Loggers), Lot 3 (PRV Controllers) or lots 1, 2 & 3 together if this represents the most economically advantageous tender. YWS expect to replace approximately 200 existing and install 200 new PRV Controllers. Any estimated quantities or values contained or referred to in this or other documentation are for guidance only and do not bind YWS to buy any specific quantities should the Bidder be successful and enter into an Agreement. Under lot 3 YWS are looking for the supply of PRV Controllers.
