The University is conducting a min-competition under the Construction Consultants Framework Agreement (UOS-8449-2016). The University is appointing a Design Team to deliver the replacement HVAC infrastructure and automatic controls serving the BPU. The Mechanical & Electrical Engineer will be appointed as the Lead Consultant, supported by the following appointments made by the University: • Project Manager • Cost Consultant • Structural Engineer • Architect The Mechanical & Engineer Consultancy will be appointed as Principal Designer and deliver the necessary duties.
