The Supplier is to provide services in the relation to GRIP4-5 Design works relating to 650v Cable Renewals Typical GRIP 4/5 Form B (Detailed Design) deliverables as detailed below; - Earthing & bonding strategy for the project. - Form B per each package to include the following; · Form B Certificates · SSP Electrical Schematic · SSP Alarm Schematic · SSP Combined Services Site Layout · SSP Feeder Protection Panel (FPP) Layout · Existing DNO Layout · ASP Electrical Schematic DNO · Alarm Schematic · ASP Combined Services Site Layout · New DNO Layout · ASP Design Statement (Incl. DRA, ETAP Calculations Final, Design Decision Log, IDC Cert) · SSP Design Statement (Incl. DRA, ETAP Calculations Final, Design Decision Log, IDC Cert) · Internal IDR/Hazard Log (CSM) Section 10 - ASP to ASP · Form B as above · (Existing & Proposed Feeder) Signalling Power Distribution Schematic Section 9 - ASP to SSP Feeders · Form B as above · (Existing & Proposed Feeder) Signalling Power Distribution Schematic Section 8 - SSP to ASP Feeders · Form B as above · (Existing & Proposed Feeder) Signalling Power Distribution Schematic VolkerRail Specialist Businesses Procurement Process involves the following minimum criteria: - RISQS approved supplier for the LV E&P works of this nature - Previous experience of works of this type on Network Rail Infrastructure - Contract Award reliant on successful completion of VRSB Supplier Approval Process - Supply of evidence of previous related works/services to demonstrate competence - Once shortlisted a formal ITT will be issued with appropriate weighted scoring mechanism (HSQE, Competence, Programme, Costs) - Proposed method of engagement will be a Fixed Price Lump Sum under VRSB Subcontract Form of Contract (Issued with ITT) Please refer to https://www.volkerrail.co.uk/ for company background The project sits within an existing Framework Agreement with Network Rail, North West & Central, Capital Delivery for Programme Renewals works and services.
