Wigan Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced consultant with a track record in evaluating NLHF-funded projects to evaluate its Wallgate Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI) Project. The evaluation report will cover the full delivery period of the project (2011 - 2021) and provide an evaluation report prior to completion of the project to satisfy the NLHF requirements.
