Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of a package of concept ideas including high level timescales and costs with a view to develop and implement a landscape vision that restores and reconnects ecological networks that may be affected by the construction of a 3.8-mile dual carriageway at the A417 Gloucester, to build resilience of the landscape, enhance biodiversity and benefit local communities.
