Tender description

South Lanarkshire Council has a requirement to Supply and Install 26 wooden sheds within various nursery and primary educational establishments throughout the Council area as part of the covid recover plan. The Council’s Procurement Service conducted a Quick Quote via Public Contracts Scotland Tender, Route 1 on 22 April 2021. The value of both quotes exceeded the maximum value of a QQ (50k) for non-regulated procurements under Scottish Procurement Regulations and the Council’s Standing Orders. As both responses exceeded the maximum value, it was therefore deemed appropriate that a Negotiated Tendering Procedure should be undertaken.
