Tender description

ELM Evidence are looking for a Strategic Modelling Partner to support the delivery of the modelling strategy. The Modelling Strategy aims to model all the scientific, economic and behavioural aspects of the schemes in advance and use it to optimise the outcomes of the programme. Our Modelling Strategy is a core product of ELM science and evidence, it joins together insights from across social science, natural science and economics with policy priorities to fully understand the detailed impact of ELM scheme design. The Strategic Modelling Partner will also support the Outcome Framework Database (OFDB). The OFDB underpins the modelling and policy development in ELM. It allows users to understand the complex relationships between land owner Actions, Environmental Outcomes and Guidance. This engagement will involve providing independent review and advice on modelling, as well directly inputting into model development. The successful partner will work closely with ELM Evidence data science teams and will plan work within existing sprints.
