Tender description

Genomics England will shortly be inviting selected service providers to tender via a RFP (Request for Proposal) for a managed Security Operation Centre (SOC) and incident response service. We will be conducting the competition (and ultimately awarding the contract) via G-Cloud so are interested in receiving proposals from any suppliers registered on this framework. The intention of the opportunity is to outsource dashboard monitoring and alerting to an external (onshore) Security Operation Centre (SOC) that provides a 24/7 service. In addition to monitoring an agreed framework of acceptable response actions that can be taken without prior authorisation from Genomics England should also form part of this service.
