Request for Tender for the supply of Brine Saturation Station and associated works at Kilkenny County Council Machinery Yard, Hebron Industrial Estate, Hebron Road, Kilkenny

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 Brine mixing station and associated storage tank/s. The plant should be capable of mixing brine to a solution of 22%. All production processes should be fully automatic from loading of salt to inlet hopper, dilution of brine solution and pumping to storage tank. The saturator plant must have a maximum loading height of 2,800 mm for instances where salt needs to be loaded with Kilkenny County Council’s Telehandler/loadall. There are some optional associated works that may be required depending on budgetary constraints.
