Provision of Speed Data for Great Britain’s Road Network

Ordnance Survey currently maintains Transport Networks Roads data for Great Britain to a specified currency in a National Geographic Database. The maintenance programme includes topographic and topological updates for a significant number of features. Ordnance Survey is now in a period of enhancing our Transport Networks product to incorporate average speeds and maximum speed limits as features on road links. The purpose of this ITT is to establish supply of average road speed and maximum road speed limits to Ordnance Survey.
