Tender description

The Company is seeking proposals for the following services to be provided:- o To supply as per Appendix D - Site locations/Current Situation number of document consoles to be used by the customer for the storage of documents awaiting destruction. o On a regular basis, as agreed with the customer, empty the document consoles and collect documents waiting destruction. o To destroy all documents contained in the document consoles using a cross-cut shredding machine onsite, offsite and a one-off purge. o To recycle all newly shredded documents, and provide details on recycling process. o To provide a Certificate of Destruction upon the destruction of such documents.
