The schedule of works comprises of replacement of existing roof coverings to domestic low rise general needs properties and low rise converted flats; works to the existing chimney stacks (dismantling/reconstruction); replacement of rainwater goods; replacement of fascia’s and soffits; Replacement to full facade rendering at front and/or side & rear elevations including gable ends to Wetherby silicone render system for the period of 1 financial year (2021/22).
