Tender description
In 2018, the Beach House Café located on the Mudeford Spit in Christchurch was lost to a fire. Although operated by a commercial tenant, the building itself was a BCP Council asset and the Council are legally obligated to provide a replacement building as per the terms of the lease by November 2020.
