Tender description

Decommission and replace the existing floor standing cast-iron gas boiler with a new floor standing gas condensing boiler. • Decommission and replace the existing flue with a new flue suitable for the new gas condensing boiler. A new flue liner will be required in the existing masonry chimney as part of the installation. • Decommission and replace the existing MCC controls panel with a new MCC control panel. • Decommissioning and replace the existing heating circulating pumps with new pumps. • Decommission and replace the existing indirect hot water cylinder with a direct gas-fired hot water heater. • Decommission and replace all pipework in the boilerhouse. • All associated preliminaries. • All decommissioning works. • All associated electrical works as indicated on the drawings and detailed in the specifications. • All builders’ works associated with the above.
