This RFT is for the provision of Management Services for the Peace IV Shared Spaces and Services Project - Extension to Muirhevnamór Community Centre. i.e. Management Services to engage planning consultants, design consultants, procurement of contractors, management of contractors and handover of works. Background: The single story extension to Murihevnamór Community Centre will enable the provision of a new shared civic spaces that will be used by all sections of the local and wider community, including target groups of the Peace IV Programme. The project proposes : • The development of single store extension to the existing Muirhevnamór Community Centre as per planning reference number: Louth County Council 18369 http://www.eplanning.ie/LouthCC/AppFileRefDetails/18369/0 • An education/activity programme meeting the objectives of the Shared Space theme of the Peace IV Programme. • To host an opening and closing project event.
