Tender description
The service will provide a range of support for carers with an aim to support them in their caring role and provide opportunities to have a life outside of their caring responsibilities. The service will support the HSCP to meet its duties in the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016, specifically the duties relating to Adult Carer Support Plans and Information. This procurement exercise has been conducted in accordance with Section 12 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (as amended) and Regulation 6 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 for a below the higher value Regulated Procurement Health and Social Care Services (formerly known as the EU Threshold).
