Tender description

Bangor University’s Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Centre of Excellence is a 6M GBP research centre undertaking highly specialised research into the application of DSP in digital communication systems such as 5G and beyond networks and ecosystems. The DSP Centre has now received ~3M GBP in funding support from the North Wales Growth Deal. The DSP Centre requires a goniophotometer to significantly expand their lab capacity and capabilities. Lot 1: Minimum Requirement: Wavelength range - 400 nm - 800 nm Wavelength resolution - ≤ 15 nm Luminance reproducibility/accuracy - ≤ 3 % Positioning accuracy - ≤ 0.05° Repetitive accuracy - ≤ 0.1° Measuring distance - 100 mm Maximum size of test object - 200 mm Maximum weight of test object - 0.5 kg Room space - ≤ 2 m (width) x 2.5 m (height) x 6 m (length) - Compatible with new versions of Windows operating systems (Windows 8 at least). - Provision of user training and equipment installation. - Data acquisition of external devices.
