NOTE: This notice was updated on 12 August 2021 for the following reason: Link to tender(Forestry England is tendering the opportunity for a contractor to lease the Hamsterley Descend Bike Park based at Hamsterly Forest in County Durham. The tenant will work in partnership with Forestry England to deliver a tenancy for the benefit of Forestry England's customers. Full details are provided within the documentation. Site Visits will be available to bidders from Wednesday 11th August to Friday 10th September.)
