Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services - Scotland East & West

Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) aims to establish a consultancy framework agreement which will provide the Consultant services it requires to deliver a programme of development and planned maintenance projects. The term of the Framework Agreement will be four years from circa September 2019 to August 2023. Lot 1: Architectural Services - Lot 1: Adaptations Scotland West Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint five Architectural practices to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of adaptation projects. Lot 2: Architectural Services - Lot 2: Adaptations - Scotland East Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint five Architectural practices to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of adaptation projects. Lot 3: Architectural Services - Lot 3: Remodelling and New Build - Scotland West Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint five Architectural practices to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of remodelling and new build projects. Lot 4: Architectural Services - Lot 4: Remodelling and New Build - Scotland East Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint five Architectural practices to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of remodelling and new build projects. Lot 5: Civil & Structural Engineering Services: Lot 5: Adaptations, Remodelling & New Build - Scotland West Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint three Civil and Structural Engineers to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of adaptations, remodelling and new build projects. Lot 6: Civil & Structural Engineering Services: Lot 6: Adaptations, Remodelling & New Build - Scotland East Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint three Civil and Structural Engineers to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of adaptations, remodelling and new build projects. Lot 7: Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services: Lot 7: Adaptations, Remodelling & New Build - Scotland West Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint a maximum of three Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of adaptations, remodelling and new build projects. Lot 8: Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services: Lot 8: Adaptations, Remodelling & New Build - Scotland East Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint a maximum of three Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of adaptations, remodelling and new build projects. Lot 9: Quantity Surveying Services: Lot 9: Adaptations, Remodelling & New Build - Scotland West Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint three Quantity Surveying companies to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of adaptations, remodelling and new build projects. Lot 10: Quantity Surveying Services: Lot 10: Adaptations, Remodelling & New Build - Scotland East Trust Housing Association Ltd. (the Employer) wishes to appoint three Quantity Surveying companies to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of adaptations, remodelling and new build projects. (the Employer) wishes to appoint three Principal Designers to a Framework Agreement to deliver a programme of Adaptations, Remodelling and New Build Projects.
