For the Provision of a Peer Led Service

Tender description

The Integrated Commissioning Department of Westminster City Council (WCC) have appointed Build on Belief to deliver a community-based Peer Led Service across The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC). The Contractor will be required to support drug and alcohol users to build healthier lifestyles, reduce harms and motivate individuals to enter treatment and support their recovery and provide those in recovery with opportunities to volunteer without the expectation of a lengthy period of abstinence. The Contractor will work with individuals and their support networks, through signposting to other community activities and other services to reduce isolation and increase re-integration into mainstream communities and activities. The contract will be for an initial two year period, with the option to extend for a further twelve month period.
