Tender description

Services in relation to the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) functions. These include: • Printing, enveloping and postage of reformed Annual Canvass correspondence including the Canvass Communication A & B and Canvass Form in line with legislative requirements. • Printing and delivery to the ERO of A4 card annual canvass forms with perforated tear off calling cards to be used during the personal canvass stage of the Annual Canvass • Provision of a secure online and telephone portal where residents can respond to the Canvass communications. Information submitted on the portal is automated downloaded into Electoral Services' Electoral Management Software (EMS) • Printing, enveloping and postage of rolling registration forms and letters to statutory requirements - including enclosing of Business Reply Envelope if necessary.
