The provision of a range of consumables used to facilitate the Designed to Smile oral hygiene programme in Wales Lot 1: 0-2 Years Homecare Pack Supply of packs which contain a toothbrush and a tube of toothpaste. To be provided under the Designed to Smile oral health programme to facilitate oral health care at home. For use by children in the age range of 0-2 years old. Lot 2: 0-2 Years Toothbrush Supply of toothbrushes for use by children in the age range of 0-2 years old. Lot 3: 0-2 Years Toothpaste Supply of toothpaste for use by children in the age range of 0-2 years old. Lot 4: Sealable "Free Flow" Feeder Cup Supply of a sealable free flow feeder cup with drinking spout. Lot 5: 3+ Years Homecare Pack Supply of packs which contain a toothbrush and a tube of toothpaste that is to be provided under the Designed to Smile oral health programme to facilitate oral health care at home. For use by children aged 3 years old and above. Lot 6: 3+ Years Toothbrush Supply of toothbrushes suitable for use by children aged 3 years old and above. Lot 7: 3+ Years Toothpaste Supply of toothpaste suitable for use by children aged 3 years old and above. Lot 8: Special Care Homecare Pack Supply of packs which contain a toothbrush and a tube of toothpaste that is to be provided under the Designed to Smile programme to facilitate oral health care at home. For use by children and adolescents that have special care requirements. Lot 9: Special Care Toothbrush Supply of toothbrushes suitable for use by children and adolescents that have special care requirements. Lot 10: Special Care Toothpaste Supply of non-foaming, SLS free, toothpaste suitable for use by children aged 3 years old and above Lot 11: Toothbrush Rack Supply of toothbrush storage racks with stickers and removable lids/covers. Lot 12: Toothbrush Holder/Receptacle Supply of toothbrush holders/receptacles with stickers and removable lids/covers. Lot 13: Storage Unit/Trolley for Toothbrush Holders/Racks Supply of storage units/trolleys with castors/wheels and a number of drawers capable of storing multiple toothbrush holders/racks.
