Tender description

The City invites Quotations for the provision of consultancy services to complete a review into the effectiveness of the current model of Adult Skills and Education Service delivery and to consider the efficiency and economy of that model. The consultant should consider the comparative outcomes and costs of alternative delivery models used by others, and the context within which the service operates. The consultant should make recommendations to strengthen, change or replace the current model in order to secure a service that is optimum in terms resilience, impact, and economy. The provider should cost for their delivery. Where it is envisaged that subject specialist will need to be commissioned separately to support the provider by the City Corporation, the provider will set a budget for their costs and estimate the number of days required by an additional resource. It is not envisaged that the total cost of this work will exceed £25,000 including any separately commissioned specialisms.
