Production of a 3-year business plan for the Machynlleth Tabernacle Trust that will demonstrate an ability to meet current and predicted costs, including realistic projections for visitor numbers, and earned income; Help to identify team structure, roles and capacity required to effectively deliver programmes and operations going forward; Clarify and inform the approach for external communications and branding going forward, considering the different areas of our work; Identify and map the way forward for commercial, capital and programme development; Meet Museum Accreditation Standards.
