BFI LUMINOUS 2022 Event Production and Content Creation

LUMINOUS is a unique film event celebrating British film and film talent- past, present and future. The bi-annual Gala will raise vital new funds for BFI Education, whilst continuing to position the BFI and the BFI London Film Festival as the go-to events on the global social calendar. In 2022 the gala will be held on Thursday 29 September 2022 at The Londoner hotel in Leicester Square. We are seeking a creative collaboration with a production company that can help us to realise our vision for LUMINOUS 2022. We want to create a visceral experience that helps guests understand the importance and urgency of our charitable work with young people through BFI Education. This will involve creating all on-screen video content for the night. We are also seeking an experienced production team to design and install the screens, set, bars, red carpet, press board and staging - and produce every detail to the highest possible standard. We are looking for a reliable and inspired team that can manage all production and creative elements seamlessly whilst working closely with the BFI team on the charity messaging and script for the night.
