BE3697857 - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR ASBESTOS REMOVAL AND ENCAPSULATION, FOR BELFAST HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE TRUST

Tender description

Belfast Health And Social Care Trust (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to enter into framework agreements with up to four Economic Operators (Primary and Reserve) for the Removal and/or Encapsulation of notifiable / licensed and notifiable / non-licensed and non-notifiable / non-licensed Asbestos Containing Materials, within its Estate based on geographical lots • Lot 1; Royal Group of Hospitals, Mater Infirmorum Hospital, Muckamore Abbey Hospital and North and West Belfast Community • Lot 2; Belfast City Hospital, Musgrave Park Hospital, Knockbracken Healthcare Park and South and East Belfast Community. Works shall be carried out in accordance with all relevant UK (Including Northern Ireland) Legislation and Guidance. The award of lots shall be based the best combination of Price (60 percent) and Quality (40 percent). The Framework Agreements shall be for up to four years duration subject to the on-going satisfactory performance of the Economic Operators.
