Tender description

Swansea Bay University Health Board Charity currently has an investment portfolio of £5.4m, the portfolio being invested in accordance with the Charity’s Investment policy. The policy aim is to ensure the creation of sufficient income and capital growth to enable the charity to carry out its purposes consistently year by year together with the maintenance of and if possible, enhancement of the value of the invested funds while they are retained. Submissions are invited from suitably qualified and experienced investment managers to manage the Charity’s investment portfolio in line with this investment policy for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 1 year.
