Tender description
Shetland Islands Council invites quotations for the provision of two engine room generators for passenger ferry MV Bigga. Sustainable Procurement Duty As Contracting Authority the Council has a duty to comply with the general duties of section 8 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014, including the sustainable procurement duty. The Council considered the matters set out in section 9 of the Act and concluded that it could do nothing in the conduct of the procurement to advance any of the matters specified therein.
